Come join us beneath the open sky for a soul-nourishing drum circle designed to bring people together through rhythm, connection, and intention. Whether you're an experienced drummer or brand new to the practice, this is a safe and welcoming space to express yourself, release stress, and raise your vibration with the collective heartbeat of the community.
Each gathering begins with a short grounding and intention-setting to connect us with the earth and one another. From there, we move into freeform drumming—letting the rhythms rise and fall organically, guided by the energy of the moment. You are invited to bring a drum, rattle, shaker, or simply your hands and your voice. There is no right or wrong way to participate—just come with an open heart.
Bring a drum, rattle, or other percussion instrument (extras may be available to borrow), blanket, yoga mat, or anything that helps you feel cozy on the grass. We recommend dressing in layers for comfort as the sun goes down.
