About this event

As a true and trusted neighbor, Martha’s Table is committed to leveraging its physical resource (The Commons) to create spaces that honor and foster community self-determination. Martha’s Table, in partnership with Community Wellness Ventures (CWV), will host a screening of the documentary Barry Farm: Community, Land and Justice in Washington DC, followed by a panel discussion focused on the impact of forced displacement on mental health, families and community self-determination.

Community organizations, including Martha’s Table, will have tables present on the garden terrace to provide attendees with the opportunity to gather resources related to housing, advocacy and mental health services.
