Community Conversation “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work” October CAN MEETING

The Community Action Network recognizes that families and community members across the Tri-Cities continue to face challenges that affect them financially, physically, mentally, and spiritually. This gathering is designed to strengthen partnerships, align resources, and deepen our collective response to community needs.

Even in difficult seasons, our network has witnessed the power of collaboration and resilience—when agencies, organizations, and neighbors unite to lift one another up.

That’s why our upcoming Community Action Network Meeting will be dedicated to resource mapping across the Tri-Cities. Together, we’ll identify who is doing what, highlight areas of overlap, and uncover gaps—ensuring that when families reach out for help, we know exactly where to connect them without duplicating efforts.
