In this Community Conversation: Navigating Menopause, women from varying backgrounds come together to unpack the truth about menopause—from misunderstood myths to the real-life impact it has on women’s mental health, relationships, and careers. With evidence-based insights, candid conversations, and personal stories, the show explores how perimenopause can begin in a woman’s late 30s, often with confusing symptoms that go unrecognized or dismissed.

Viewers will learn about the gaps in medical training, the toll on workplace performance, and the often-silent struggle women face. But it’s not all challenge—this episode also highlights the power of informed choices, lifestyle tools, and the surprising upsides of this life stage. By breaking the silence and encouraging open dialogue, this show aims to empower women, inform allies, and help reshape how we talk about—and support—this pivotal transition.
