About this event

Join us for Community Connections at Stella's Cafe!

Come together with neighbors, friends, and new faces at our community networking group, meeting on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 7:00AM-8:00AM. Whether you're working, retired, new to the area, or a longtime resident, this is a relaxed, welcoming space to share who you are, what you love, and what matters to you. Grab a coffee or breakfast to support the cafe while you're here, if you can, and take the opportunity to build genuine connections that go beyond the small talk. Let's grow friendships and strengthen our local community, one conversation at a time.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a fee?

No.

Do I have to buy something?

Stella's has been graciously generous in opening their space to us so please support their business as you are able.

Can children attend?

Children who are open to engaging with others are warmly welcome. Please let them know this gathering is for everyone to connect and get to know each other. If they need a break or support as they learn to socialize, we kindly ask that you're prepared to step outside with them for a moment.

Can I attend if I'm not from Dover?

While this group is geared toward Dover residents, everyone is welcome, whether you're from a nearby town or just passing through. If you're looking to connect, share, and build community, you belong here. We're always glad to meet new neighbors, no matter where you call home.

Can I tell people about my business?

This isn't a business networking group, but you're welcome to talk about your work or business. Sharing what you're passionate about, professionally or personally, is a great way to connect and let others know more about who you are.

Can I give out business cards?

Yes, and if you're not currently in the workforce, feel free to bring and share calling cards. It’s a great way to stay connected and help others remember you, whether you're retired, in transition, or simply here to build community.
