Welcome to the Community Connection for Accessibility and Supports EXPO 2025, presented by E.J. Management Services LLC. Become a vendor and join us on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, from 8am to 6pm at the HUB 757 in Suffolk, VA. This in-person event offers your company the chance to connect, collaborate, and showcase your services directly to individuals with disabilities. We are seeking dedicated providers specializing in mental health and substance abuse, intellectual/developmental disabilities, veteran services, and senior services. Your participation will not only showcase your expertise, but also create meaningful connections, foster professional growth, and make a lasting positive impact on the lives of those we serve. What time is set-up and breakdown

Doors open at 8am for vendor arrival. Set-up is from 8am to 9am. The event concludes at 5pm, with breakdown and pack-up from 5pm to 6pm.

Will there be food and drinks available?

What is the registration fee and deadline to register?

Registration Fee: $275.00 Registration Deadline: July 1, 2025

What is the cancellation Policy?

Cancellations made on or before August 1, 2025: Eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made between August 2 and September 1, 2025: Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made after September 1, 2025: Refunds will not be issued.

What's Included in the Registration Fee?

The Standard Booth package offers: One 6-foot table Two chairs Tablecloth Additionally, your company's name and contact information will be prominently displayed on television screens at regular intervals throughout the event.
