About this event

For Whom?

Babes with either anxious or avoidant attachment who tend to find themselves struggling in relationships with the opposite attachment style. This is the place for you if you want to better understand your (and your partner's) attachment style, how it impacts your relationships, and what's your work (versus someone else's) to do.

When + Where?

This group will run on Mondays, 4-5:30pm PT (7-8:30pm ET), biweekly, for ten sessions.

The dates for this group are June 23rd; July 7th & 21st; August 4th & 18th; September 1st, 15th, & 29th; and October 13th & 27th. Then, the group will be open for rejoining.

These are virtual sessions on Zoom.

You do not have to be available for every session to join the group! Your first missed session will incur no fee. Your second missed session will incur half the fee. After this, you will be charged in full for missed sessions.

How Is Group Coaching Different From Workshop Series?

In my support group workshop series, I offer six workshops, tailored to different topics for exploration. In group coaching, we're processing what you come in with – the issues you're currently struggling with or thinking about – without a set plan. While group coaching may involve small-group processing, educational presentations, resources, and other offerings inherent to workshop series, depending on what members desire, the point of group coaching is to talk as a large group with a facilitator present

How Is Group Coaching Different From One-on-One Coaching? In a lot of ways, they're similar: You come in with something on your mind, and we process it. What makes it different is mostly that instead of doing that work one-on-one, we're doing it in a group setting. This means that along with professional facilitation, you also get built-in peer support and community! Group coaching also allows for access to coaching at a lower fee.
