Let’s workout together to develop super human strength :) This is a self-guided workout with a suggested program that you can adapt to your needs. I will be there to assist and work out with you!


Calisthenics is body weight strength training which is accessible to any age and any fitness level! Your body is the only piece of equipment that you need and the world is your gym.


Gain muscular endurance, strength, mobility and joint stability by doing planks, hanging, rows, pull ups, push up, rows, squats, leg extensions in order to progress to skills such as muscle ups, the human flag, muscle up, handstands and other arm balancing, levers, planche, pistol squats, nordic curls and more!
