Join us for a weekly transformative group experience that blends pranayama breathwork, meditation, and Reiki energy healing to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. A weekly evening ritual to close out the day feeling peaceful and centered.
Through breathing exercises, energy healing, and deep relaxation, you’ll release stress, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper sense of clarity. This practice offers the opportunity to reset, recharge, and feel centered. Whether you're looking to find inner peace, increase vitality, or promote healing, you'll leave feeling renewed.
This is a weekly community offering intended to give you space to call all of you back to you, and to pour into yourself. Donations are welcome.
