Yes, absolutely! This will be a gentle and supportive introduction to acupuncture. Nina will explain the process step-by-step and use light, calming techniques suitable for beginners. It’s a wonderful way to experience its benefits for yourself — and learn how it can help the families you serve.

This special session will be led by Nina Jung, L.Ac, who will share her insight into acupuncture and Chinese Medicine as tools for nurturing both caregivers and the families they support.

As birthworkers, we pour so much of ourselves into caring for others — this is an opportunity to pause, receive care, and learn holistic ways to restore balance.

Nina will guide us through a 1.5-hour community experience, including:
🕯️ 40 minutes of gentle community acupuncture
🌿 An introduction to Chinese Medicine for caregivers and families
🍵 Warm tea & reflection time after the session

THe goal is for you to walk away feeling grounded, replenished, and equipped with knowledge to share with the families you serve on their parenthood journey.
