Join us for the PNW Ruck Club Hike & Ruck at Iron Mountain Trail in Lake Oswego!
We’ll meet at the Iron Mountain Trail parking lot and hike/ruck up to the View Point and back, a beautiful 3.2-mile round trip. This is an open, family-friendly event designed to bring people together, get moving, and enjoy nature.
💪 Who we are: The PNW Ruck Club was built to support our community through simple, free fitness and connection. Rucking (walking or hiking with weight) is easier on the body than running or weights, cheaper than a gym, and accessible to anyone. From grandparents to kids, all ages and fitness levels are welcome!
🧰 What to bring: You’ll be responsible for your own health and safety. Please bring water, comfortable shoes, and a backpack if you’d like to carry weight - no special gear is required.
🌲 Why join: This isn’t about elite training; it’s about good energy, fresh air, and building a supportive community. My co-founder and I will lead the hike, ensuring everyone feels included, has fun, and gets a great workout.
We plan to meet once or twice a month to promote wellness, time in nature, and active lifestyles for kids, families, and everyday people.
