We want to provide Pa. industry operators with the opportunity to connect directly to the communities of color in Pennsylvania by providing access to qualified applicants of color who have already started a screening and education process specific to the cannabis industry . Education and training led by some of the cannabis industry’s premier educators and advocates. You now have a chance to introduce yourself directly to the Cannabis employer and start the employment process on site .

• 4:15-4:45 Meal provided by local POC business and sponsor mingle
• 4:45-5:30 Third Session: Resume-Building for the Cannabis Industry (HI)
• 5:00-6:45 Interviews
• 5:30 – 6:45 Fourth Session: Cannabis 101: Introduction to Plant Medicine Certification presented by April Hatch MSN, RN and Co Founder of Cannabis Care Team
• 6:45 -7:30 Closing: Attendees receive their certification and meet their mentors and fellowship
