Yes! You will have opportunities to practice and role play. You will also have time to reflect on how you might have approached conversations in the past and how the skills can benefit you.

There are vending machines onsite, and you can bring in beverages and snacks. There is a good chance some refreshments will be available.

Not at all. Everything in straightforward and you can start incorporating the ideas into your conversations immediately.
