About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Behavior is one of the primary ways individuals with IDD express their needs, especially when verbal communication is limited. This workshop will help professionals decode behaviors, identify triggers, and develop proactive communication strategies that foster positive interactions. Participants will gain practical skills in alternative communication methods, de-escalation techniques, and strengthening relationships through better understanding.
