Oftentimes, the success of a supervisor or manager depends largely on how well they communicate with their employees. In this virtual, instructor-led training, participants will take Wiley’s DiSC® assessment to become more aware of their own and others’ communication styles and preferences. Participants will also be able to:

· Recognize the impact of open and honest communication

· Engage in the active listening communication process

· Identify Wiley DiSC® social styles and behavioral tendencies

· Apply strategies to strengthen workplace relationships
