Communication and Conflict Resolution Workshop

Acknowledging different perspectives and discovering mutually agreeable solutions to conflicts requires a high level of proficiency in communication and problem-solving. When we know how to really hear another person's needs as well as to articulate our own, we can prevent many conflicts. In addition to preventing conflicts, we become skilled at handling conflicts that do arise. In this workshop, participants will explore the nature of conflict in various settings and recognize the value of good communication skills in applying different approaches to conflict.

Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills is a prerequisite to taking "Intro to Mediation Skills."
