Ocean breathing and Progressive Muscle Relaxation ( PMR) are modalities specifically designed to bring mental tranquility and tension relief from stress, anxiety, anger and frustration. For those who struggle with conditions like panic attacks, anxiety disdorders, stress disorders, insomnia - these two pairings put together allow for true vagus nerve stimulation, endocannabinoid system activation, and ultimate relaxation. Sit comfortably on a chair or lie flat on an even, comfortable surface to prepare, and follow along as a facilitator guides you through a full body session quietly. We will wrap up in the end with a quick check in to get feedback about what you experienced.
