What is CommHIT?

CommHIT is a 501(c)(3) at Kennedy Space Center that focuses on the discovery and efficiency of processes and technologies that help the remote care of all people. Although CommHIT works on “Earth,” its work can be used for people in the most remote setting—space!

Event admission; lunch prepared by celebrity Chef Govind Armstrong, hot and cold beverages, and snacks; globally-recognized expert speakers and exhibitors; and free access to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Plus, an opportunity to learn from, meet, and take photos with Debbie Allen!

CommHIT25 is CommHIT's annual event for 2025. CommHIT is joined by incredible partners such as CommHIT Ambassador Debbie Allen, as well as other expert speakers, exhibitors, and incredible attendees like you! Feel free to ask questions and talk to anyone there!

How do I park and enter for CommHIT25?

CommHIT's HQ is next to Kennedy Space Center's Visitor Complex. You'll be entering through the Visitor Complex with a parking pass. CommHIT will email your pass and instruction by Mon Dec 1. If you don't receive anything by Tues Dec 2, check your spam and then email Info@CommunityHealthIT.org.

Can I come for the VIP breakfast or the Pre-symposium on Dec 4 without going to CommHIT25?

Accepted Answer

CommHIT25 reaches its peak on Dec 5 from 9:45am-5:30pm, but we know interests—and schedules—differ. If you’d like to dive in early at the Dec 4 Pre-Symposium or savor the intimate Dec 5 VIP Breakfast with Debbie Allen, you can register for those a la carte—no main-event registration needed.

Should I come to pre-symposium on Dec 4?

Are you a Leader in First Response; Nursing; Healthcare; Government; or a Community Organization? A patient advocate? If “yes!,” the add-on day is for you. CommHIT is teaming up with AHCA and FTFC to provide the insight you need on fast emerging care models in communities and workforce development.
