What does it mean to advertise a property as “coming soon or off-market” – not available for appointment yet. The answer to that seemingly simple question varies among agents, brokers, MLSs, and state regulators nationwide.

Generally this MLS/FMLS Coming Soon Listing Status designation prohibits a listing to be shown or made available for offers before the On Market Date.
