Who Should Attend the Wedding Show & Expo?

Engaged Couples and anyone you would like to have share in your planning: moms, dads, bridesmaids, groomsmen, friends and family. This event is casual, fun and will create great memories for your planning your big day!

Is Parking Free & Where Should I Park?

Parking is free. You can park in the parking lot at the Hilton Easton or in the Garage next to the Hilton that is part of The Easton Parking.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Engaged Couples are encouraged to bring a small notebook to take notes. You can also use your phones to take photos and notes. You will be given a Bag when you arrive to put brochures, flyers, business cards etc.

Where do I go when I arrive at the Hilton?

The Wedding Show & Expo is held in the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton, if you come in the main doors to the Hotel you will go left and take the long hallway back to the Ballroom area. We will have a REGISTRATION & WELCOME where you will pick up your bag, program guide, and door prize number.

What do you recommend for Preparation before the event?

It is a good idea to make a list of what you need. For example do you need everything or do you need just a DJ or Photographer, Flowers, Cake etc. Visit these vendors first at the Expo and get information. You will see there are other things you may not have thought of that you will want.
