The Junior League of Columbus, Inc. is an organization of women whose Mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. The Junior League of Columbus’ Signature Project, Bridging the G.A.P. (Guide. Advocate. Provide.), supports youth aging out of the foster care system. You can learn more about JLC and Bridging the G.A.P. here. One of our partners, The Mirth Project, maintains a Resource Closet for Scholar House 3 in Columbus. This House serves young people ages 18-24 with a foster care history who are currently attending an accredited two or four-year College or University. The following items would help the residents of Scholar House with basic necessities as they pursue higher education:Laundry Soap, Dish Washer Tabs ,Counter cleaning products, Bathroom Cleaning Products, Dish Soap, Kleenex, Razors, Bar Soap , and Body Lotion
