Serendipity Labs is located one block from Denver’s Union Station, on the corner of 18th and Wewatta; Fidelity Investments is on the corner of our building. We share a space with UTW (Union Tower West), Ambler, and the Hotel Indigo. Enter the lobby of the UTW building, and take the elevators to Floor 11.
Parking:
Paid covered and uncovered street parking is available on-site.
- The parking garage off 18th Street is labeled as UTW and Hotel Indigo; drive up the ramp and take a ticket

- From the parking garage, take the elevator down to the first floor and enter the door immediately to the front of the elevator bank
- Once you have entered the UTW building, an elevator bank will be around the lobby to the right of the security desk
- Serendipity Labs is on the 11th floor, and we will be at the front desk to welcome you to the Lab!
