Next, we’ll guide you in selecting a simple but striking reference image from a curated collection — or you can bring your own! From there, we’ll break down your chosen image into easy, approachable sketch shapes so you can transfer it to paper with ease.

With your sketch ready, the real fun begins! You’ll learn how to plan color schemes, block in base layers, and gradually build depth, detail, and vibrancy with expert tips and tricks throughout the process.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a beautiful, frame-worthy colored pencil picture to take home — along with a set of new skills and a creative spark that lasts long after class ends.
