About Diana Aliberti:

Diana has loved drawing and creating her whole life. Recently retired, all of Diana’s energy is now focused on immersing herself in art!

She has entered and been accepted into many professional watercolor society shows, and her work has garnered awards. She also recently became President of the North East Watercolor Society and is a Board Member of the Long Island based women’s art group, Women Sharing Art.

Diana enjoys taking day trips to the Botanical Gardens, New York City and to the East End, specifically the North Fork and South Forks. Each place is a unique location for photo references for her paintings. She loves the sights, the sounds, the energy of the bustling city, the serenity of peaceful gardens, the pastoral settings of Long Island farmland, the vibrancy of color at local farm stands, the oddities at antique stores, the pristine beaches and the overall natural beauty of Long Island and New York. It’s all home.
