What accommodations will be available to support comfort and accessibility during the event?

We’re are committed to creating a welcoming space for all. Quiet rooms will be available for those needing calm space, and private rooms for breastfeeding or extra privacy. The conference room opens to outdoor space, and stimming, movement, or breaks during sessions are warmly supported.

Will there be support available if I need help or adjustments during the event?

Yes! Clearly identified team members will be available throughout the day to offer support. If you’d like assistance or want to talk through how you can participate in a way that works best for you, they’ll be there to help you figure out what you need.

Will there be refreshments?

Yes. Lunch and light refreshments will be provided. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies by emailing cpsconference@muiriosa.ie

Is there accommodation available?

Yes. The conference will take place at the Osprey Hotel, which offers overnight accommodation. If you wish to book a room, please contact the hotel directly as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes. The Osprey Hotel provides on-site parking. Please follow the signage on arrival.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The hotel and conference facilities are fully wheelchair accessible, with accessible restrooms available on site.

Will presentation materials be shared after the event?

Yes. Slides and key resources will be shared with registered participants following the conference.

Will there be opportunities for networking?

Yes. Networking breaks will be built into the schedule, including over refreshments and lunch.

Will there be an Irish sign language (ISL) interpreter at the conference?

Yes. An ISL interpreter will be on site throughout the conference to support attendees who are deaf, hard of hearing or hearing impaired. If you require this service, please notify us in advance by emailing cpsconference@muiriosa.ie.
