As the final full moon of the year rises, we’re invited to pause, reflect, and turn inward.
The Cold Moon marks a sacred threshold — a time to exhale the weight of the past months, clear the energetic field, and welcome the quiet renewal that winter brings.

Join us for an evening of sound healing and lunar attunement, where crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle gong tones weave a serene tapestry of vibration.
Under the illumination of the Cold Moon, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports deep relaxation, nervous system restoration, and emotional clarity.

✨ What You May Experience:
• A sense of release as stagnant energy gently dissolves
• A quieting of the mind and deeper connection to intuition

🕯️ Please arrive early to settle in — doors close at 7:00 PM to honour the stillness of the experience. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate late entry once the journey has begun. Entry to hall is located off Church Street.

✨ What to Bring:
• Yoga mat, blankets, and pillows for comfort
• An eye mask or scarf
• Water and an open heart
• I recommend dressing in layers (warm) and bringing cozy socks or slippers (shoes left at door)— the hall can feel cool during winter months.
