Nature’s design in spirals and vortices reflect the journey of consciousness, simultaneously reaching to the heavens above like a sunflower opening toward the sun, and delving the depths like roots that burrow deep into the earth seeking the nourishment of its wisdom; all seeks reunion with the One I AM, awakening to the Oneness, and remembering this sacred union with all of creation; the dissolution of ego into the infinite Onelessness.

The way honors a phenomenon in nature called murmuration (i.eg a flock of birds flowing in fluidity). No designated leader / follower; one initiates and all synchronizes; a constant flow of initiation and synchronization; this is “synchronous murmuration”.

What are the medicines?

• Songs, Chants, Mantras, Prayers, Poetry, Stories, Music - ancient cultures, indigenous tribes, timeless wisdom, and contemporary vibrations that echo the languages of love in its diverse forms.
