Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything for the workouts?

Yes! Bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and clothes you don’t mind sweating in. If you plan to use the cold plunge, bring a swimsuit and towel.

Can I attend even if I’m not doing the workouts?

Absolutely. The event is open to anyone who wants to vibe, sip coffee, explore vendors, and enjoy the DJ and giveaways.

Is this event kid-friendly?

While the focus is on wellness and community, kids are welcome under adult supervision — just note there’s no designated kid zone.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 8:45 AM. The Burn Society workout begins at 9:00 AM, but feel free to come by anytime between 9 and 1.

Where should I park?

There is limited parking on-site at Bounce Social. We recommend arriving early or using ride share to avoid delays.

Will tickets be available at the door?

Yes — if we don’t sell out. Door price is $30. Advance tickets are $25 and include guaranteed perks like merch (for first 50 guests).

What kind of coffee will be served?

A selection of Bespoke Coffee Roasters’ best — including single origins and curated blends, all roasted fresh.

Is this rain or shine?

Yes. The event will go on rain or shine, with indoor and covered space available if needed.
