Coffee, Culture & Connection: A Joy-filled, Culture-focused Workshop with Mary Jo Neil (virtual)
Culture isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the heartbeat of any conscious business.
At C3MD, we believe that a company’s culture shapes everything from employee engagement to customer experience to long-term success. It’s one of the four pillars of Conscious Capitalism, and for good reason: when people feel valued, heard, and connected, they do their best work—and help build organizations that are not only profitable, but purposeful.
Join us for a dynamic morning workshop over coffee as we explore this essential pillar with Mary Jo Neil, a fellow C3MD member and the founder ofDrawn Dialogue.Mary Jo is a Certified Humor Professional, visual practitioner, and expert in applied improvisation. Through her work, she helps individuals and teams unlock creativity, improve communication, and—most importantly—connect with joy.
In this one-hour session, Mary Jo will lead us through a blend of lecture and interactive exercises designed to demonstrate how humor, visuals, and improv can break down barriers and spark genuine connection—key ingredients for building a thriving company culture. Whether you lead a team or contribute to one, you’ll walk away with new tools to infuse your workplace with positivity, engagement, and a sense of shared purpose.
