Coffea Du Noir @ ManCoCo

Coffea Du Noir is a sensory-forward coffee tasting event designed to disrupt assumptions and heighten awareness of exotic coffee species beyond Arabica. Taking place entirely in the dark, guests will sample a selection of high-quality non-Arabica coffees, dialled in specially with unique recipes, brew methods and water to competition-level rigour.

All coffees featured will come from species such as Liberica, Conilon, Robusta (fine), Excelsa, and the like: challenging preconceived notions of quality and flavour.

This is not just a tasting - it’s a deeply sensory and educational experience, where we usher non-arabica species into the spotlight.
