First Course: Poke Mango Tuna tostada topped with a jalapeno sauce.

Second Course: Mixed greens, crumbled feta cheese, capri tomatoes, red onions, pepitas, pomegranate seeds tossed in a tequila lime vinaigrette dressing.

Third Course: Al pastor pork shank served “trompo Style” with corn tortillas, with 3 different salsas, onions and cilantro.

Fourth Course: Bunelos with a piloncillo syrup
