About this event

The Colorado Futures Center, The Colorado Energy Foundation, and Civic Innovators invite you to the CODI Indicator Launch Event: Understanding and Addressing Disproportionate Impact

“Disproportionate impact” has become an increasingly common term used in policy development, and has even been defined in both federal and state statutes. Measuring disproportionate impact requires a more comprehensive understanding of the community, and often policy tools take a narrow view of impact without balancing the intersection of environmental, social and economic concerns.

Join us for the official launch of the Colorado Disproportionate Impact (CODI) Indicator, a new online resource developed through the Colorado Futures Center. Get a first look at this interactive, online tool that provides data across social, environmental and economic dimensions at the census tract level, and learn how it can inform policy decisions and guide resources to more effectively lift up vulnerable and underserved members of the community.
