Coder Dojo: Beginners Coding Club for Kids

Sessions are targeted towards children aged 7-10 years old.

Sessions will be held at Accenture The Dock, 7 Hanover Quay​.

Sessions will take place every second Wednesday at 18:00, commencing on September 18th 2024. Any changes will be communicated via the Eventbrite page.

In line with CoderDojo's policies, we want to ensure all attendees can develop their digital skills in a fun and safe environment. We're committed to following best practice when it comes to safeguarding. Further detail about our approach can be found here: https://coderdojo.com/en/safeguarding

Attendees of the session need to bring their own devices for working through the session.

Parents or guardians are encouraged to stay for the Dojo session rather than only dropping their children off and picking them up. This is particularly true for parents or guardians of younger children.

Volunteers from Accenture will deliver the sessions. Each volunteer has undergone Garda Vetting and completed CoderDojo training to deliver course material.
