Join Chef Jen in her Chicago kitchen, as she guides you step-by-step in recreating this red thai curry that can be made with chicken or eggplant for a vegetarian option. Once you have created your curry masterpiece, you will serve it over steamed white rice to enjoy a delicious, warming meal.

The main ingredients required to cook along with the chef include: thai red curry paste, ginger, garlic, lime, coconut cream, soy sauce, fish sauce, chicken breast or eggplant, red chili pepper flakes, black ground pepper, red bell pepper, cilantro, thai basil, bay leaves, yellow onion, and white rice. You will have an opportunity to interact with Chef Jen and ask her questions throughout the session.
