Is there an additional charge for Keiki Club and other Kings'Land weekly recreational activities?

All recreational activities and events offered at Kings'Land are free of charge to registered Kings'Land Guests only.

Is there an age restriction for Keiki Club activities offered at Kings'Land?

Accepted Answer

With the exception of Ukulele Lessons (Ages 8+), all of our Keiki Club activities are recommended for Ages 5-12; however, all ages are welcomed!

Question 3

How many people in my party am I allowed to register?

Accepted Answer

As long as all party members are registered Guests at Kings'Land, there is no limit per party; however, every Keiki Club Activity has a limit of 20 Guests per activity.

Question 4

When does registration end?

Registration ends at 6:00 AM the day of the Activity or when all available spots have been taken.

Question 5

What happens when an Activity is fully booked and I want to attend?

Accepted Answer

Guests may request to be 'Waitlisted' at the Keiki Club with a Recreation Coordinator should there be a 'No-show', 'Late-show' or 'Cancellation'. Please note that this is NOT a guarantee of admission to participate in the activity. MAX 5 Guests on the Waitlist per Activity.

What happens if I show up late to an Activity?

Our Classes and Activities begin, and end promptly as scheduled. Should a registered guest(s) show up more than 15min late to the Activity without prior notice, their spot may be given to another guest(s) on the 'Waitlist'.

Question 7

I accidentally booked for the wrong date; Will I still be able to attend the Activity?

Accepted Answer

If by the time registration closes on the 'Correct' date of desired Activity, and the class is not yet fully booked, Guests who booked the Activity for the incorrect date may attend. However, should the Activity be fully booked, Guests may be 'Waitlisted' if the Waitlist is not already full (MAX 5).

Am I able to cancel my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Within your confirmation email from Eventbrite there is a link to your tickets where it will give you the option to 'Cancel Tickets'. You will receive another email from Eventbrite momentarily confirming the cancellation.

Question 9

Will there be a cancellation fee if I cannot attend my registered activity?

Accepted Answer

There could be a $25 fee if there is no online cancellation of registration or prior notice given to the Recreation Team before the start of registered activity.
