2025 marks the 40th anniversary of the Council on Culture & Arts (COCA). COCA FEST will gather our community, our artists, arts & culture organizations, and cultural arts lovers to enjoy a festive evening of inspiration, activation, and celebration.

Fun & festive partywear encouraged. Costumes welcome!

Costume & fashionable finery contest

Program & Performances featuring hometown artists & organizations
