ID Requirement:
- Attendees must present a current government issued ID at parking entrance (ID name must match registration name
Parking and Tram/Shuttle Information:
- Parking Location: 11900 Vista del Mar, Playa del Rey, CA 90293
- Park on the 4th or 5th floor of the parking structure.
- Take the northeast elevators to the ground f5loor and wait for the tram shuttle at the “Shuttle Drop-Off /Pick-Up” sign.
- Arrive at 12:30 p.m. to explore the ELC exhibits!
NOTE: Attendees are NOT ALLOWED TO WALK to the ELC and must take the tram.
BACKGROUND:
The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors (DBH), with other coastal agencies spanning from Leo Carrillo Beach to Torrance Beach, is advancing regional coastal resiliency by developing a coalition of stakeholders, conducting shoreline monitoring, and preparing a “Regional Coastal Resiliency Strategic Plan” to protect public beaches and access from coastal erosion.
