Can I get a refund, if I need to?

You can request a full refund up to 30 days from the date you register. After 30 days, you may transfer your registration to a friend. Transfer info is on our website FAQ page. Refund deadline is Dec 31, no matter what date you register. After that, we will be paying our final event/hotel balances.

About this event

Coastal Magic is a super casual convention and book signing. Our goal is to give authors and readers a place to get to know each other, and hang out for the weekend.

With panels designed to start interesting discussion, and meet & greets with fun themes, we’ve got something for every fan. We have a schedule of panels, meet & greets, and some down time to just enjoy each other’s company and conversation. Join us for reader, blogger, and author shenanigans.

We’ve got a Featured Author lineup, over 50 amazing storytellers, that showcases not only NYT Bestselling favorites, but debut and “new to you” authors that are sure to catch your attention. It’s a reader weekend that celebrates the magic of stories and storytellers. Feb 19-22, 2026.
