Coaching Skills & Process

Coaching involves partnering to help others achieve organizational goals and individual effectiveness. If you are looking to increase motivation in others and expand their capabilities, effective coaching communication requires practice. In this workshop, we will practice communication skills and a coaching process, so you can feel confident implementing with your team/work group.
