Description
In this interactive session, internationally renowned presenter, Professor Christian van Nieuwerburgh, will provide an overview of the foundational skills and processes of business and executive coaching.
The half-day workshop will be relevant for those thinking about becoming executive coaches and those who would like to build coaching skills into their existing professional roles (e.g. HR manager, learning and development specialist, teacher, nurse, doctor, marketing manager etc.). By the end of the session, participants will be aware of the three elements of coaching (skills, process and “coaching way of being”) and have a clearer sense of whether it is something that they would like to pursue further.
Professor Christian van Nieuwerburgh is a leading academic and thought-leader in the field of coaching, as well as a practising executive coach. Regarded as an international authority in the field, Christian regularly speaks at conferences, facilitates training, and consults in Europe, the US, Australia and the Middle East. He is particularly interested in the integration of coaching and positive psychology and the application of coaching in professional contexts.
