Time: Event will begin at 6:00pm sharp. Please arrive between 5:30pm-5:45pm.

Location: Willow Bookshop and Lounge, 942 Rt. 376 Ste. 5 - Summerlin Plaza, Wappingers Falls, NY

Details: This is an intimate event with limited seating available so you are heard, supported, and seen. For adults 18+.

The event is facilitated by Julia of Feather's Journey, a certified life coach specializing in grief and mindset. Julia works with adults seeking support as they navigate life after sudden loss or transition.

Julia knows very well that the complicated feelings around the holiday season can be more than that of grief and loss of your loved one . Will other family members' grief and emotions be too overwhelming to hold? What if the holiday looks different now that they are gone? How can I be forced to celebrate alone when "before" was surrounded by people?

Whatever your why, Julia is here to support you with a unique coaching perspective ~ one that includes messages from Spirit.

First, you will be connected to your community in a group coaching experience. Every grief group is different but always brings a sense of togetherness and understanding, even when the loss is not the same. This will be an abbreviated version of group followed by each person having a one-on-one card reading* to work through a topic of concern or area of focus that supports you through the Holiday's. You will have about 15-20 minutes of guidance from Grief Coach, Julia, and messages of support from above!

The ticket will also include one cup of hot cocoa, courtesy of Willow Bookshop, because hot beverages provide support during grief! They are linked to feelings of comfort and safety through physical and psychological warmth by promoting relaxation and being a soothing, grounding activity to help shift the brain out of a stress response. Be sure to arrive before 6pm to receive your cup!

*Both Tarot and/or Oracle cards will be used at this event. Julia let's spirit guide the decks on the night of the event.
