Join us during a section of Co-Working day for a dynamic writing workshop designed to uplift and empower your voice. This event will help you gather the power of your words to express, advocate, and inspire.

Everyday People. Extraordinary Stories.

As part of Coworking Day, a day dedicated to empowerment, reflection, and connection, we invite you to join us for a special Illuminating Our Voices (IOV) writing workshop inspired by the experiences and resilience of women of color in their everyday lives.

Rooted in the Amherst Writers & Artists (AWA) philosophy, this workshop honors the truth that:
Every person is a storyteller.
Every voice holds power.
There is no right or wrong way to write.

Writing with IOV opens a space of creativity, affirmation, and possibility. This worshop allows indiviuals to freely express and explore their inner reflections without fearing pressure or criticism.

In this session, we’ll draw inspiration from the themes explored during Coworking Day, paving our own lanes in work and life, defining success on our own terms, honoring intergenerational resilience, and embracing our professional journeys. Through guided prompts and supportive community, you’ll tap into stories that live in the everyday moments of your life.
