Join us for a day of empowerment, reflection, and connection as we explore how Black women continue to carve out their own lanes—whether thriving in a nine-to-five or leading as entrepreneurs. Together, we’ll dive into personal definitions of success, intergenerational resilience, and the importance of rest and renewal in our professional journeys.

One of our featured discussions, Bloom How You Must”, will be led by Tara Pringle Jefferson, author and speaker, exploring intergenerational resilience and the workplace. Another interactive session, Write Your Story X Illuminating Our Voices, guiding attendees in crafting their own professional manifestos to reflect their goals, values, and vision for the year ahead.
