About this event

Co-Parenting with a Counter-Parent: A Workshop for Moms

Whether you use email, text or a co-parenting app, communicating with an adversarial ex requires a measure, boundary-enforcing approach.

Created by Stomping on Eggshells, SIFT is a communication model that helps overcome the common challenges and undermining tactics that parents with high conflict traits often use in written communications.

This new approach can help you retain your personal power while prioritizing your children's well-being:

• Separate messages from noisy distractions
• Defuse emotional triggers
• Influence desired outcomes
• Enforce boundaries
• Prepare courtroom-ready evidence

This in-person event will be held at Roots & Wings Yoga and Healing Arts and is limited to 10 attendees. Connect with other moms facing similar challenges in an intimate and supportive setting.
