CNC Machine Operators

Details include:

• Primarily run CNC lathes, we are looking for people that have the skills to read and interpret prints
• Inspect parts using micrometers, pin gages, thread gages, possibly comparators.
• Should be able to operate (make offsets - change inserts – load and unload bars and parts) on these types of machines.
• Must be “shop math” proficient, fractions, decimals, angles and radii.
• Mechanical aptitude – to understand the working of the machinery and especially the need for safely operating.

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Basic laborers, these are full time positions 40 to 50 hours a week depending on our work loads.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., although general limit is 30 lbs.
• Standing 10 hours a day, walking, climbing a few stairs, twisting, bending and operating automatic equipment.
• CNC Machine experience and mechanical aptitude and an understanding of machinery is required
