CNC Inlaying

Take your CNC skills to the next level with precision inlay techniques! In this class, you'll learn how to design and carve clean, tight-fitting inlays using contrasting woods. We'll cover bit selection, offsets, glue-up tips, and finishing methods to produce beautiful results. This class comprises of two sessions, the first in which you will design, cut, and glue the inlay. Then, at a later date scheduled to your convenience, you will cut the excess material, flatten, and finish the inlay. Students may bring a cutting board or similar project to inlay or use provided lumber to produce a sample. Previous CNC experience is required..
