The After School Enrichment Program is an extension of Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, operating in 82 various school sites. Our structured activities are provided beyond school hours where students participate in everything from academic enrichment to arts and music. Our programs aim to support student success, as well as foster social skills and offer students the opportunity to develop valuable skills outside of the classroom.

Before/After School Associate (part time) and Site Coordinator Trainees (full time)

Will there be onsite interviews?

Yes. Candidates will have the opportunity to interview in person for our vacant positions. Recommendations during the event can be made, however the candidate must have an application submitted and have appropriate references.

Can candidates complete an application at the event?

Laptop computers will be on site at our “application station”. Our department staff will be available to provide support at the event. However, we advise candidates to complete their application prior to attending >> www.cmsk12.org/careers - create a non instructional support services application.
