THE SHOWCASE

We are excited to announce the 29th Annual CMAACT and Stamford Health Culinary Showcase! Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience as Connecticut Club Chefs present their finest creations, sure to delight your taste buds.

This annual event welcomes club professionals and the broader community, offering more than just a showcase—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Proceeds will support children preparing for an overnight stay at Stamford Hospital.

Adding to the festivities, vendors will present a selection of beverages and a consumption bar. Don't miss this chance to savor exceptional cuisine while supporting a great cause!

The event will continue to honor the late Chef Mark LeMoult with the Award of Culinary Excellence, presented to the Club Chef whose dish is voted "Best in Show" by guests and club professionals in attendance.

INTRODUCING THE MARK LEMOULT MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

WHO IS IT FOR?
The scholarship is awarded to culinarians based on merit, need, and demonstrated passion and hard work in the industry.

WHAT CAN IT BE USED FOR?
It supports accredited educational programs, conferences, workshops, or approved learning/competition opportunities.

SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT
At least one scholarship is awarded annually, the amount of which is based on the Connecticut Chapter’s financial status and the number of recipients.

Applicants must be full-time employees of a Connecticut Club.

The Culinary Showcase proceeds will fund the scholarship.

BRING A TOY FOR DAVID'S TREASURE CHEST

David’s Treasure Chest toy closet, located in the newly renovated pediatric unit at Stamford Hospital, offers new, age-appropriate gifts to any child admitted to the hospital. The toy closet honors David Bennett Kanarek of Greenwich, who lost his battle with leukemia in 2000, at the age of 15. The ‘treasures’ from the toy closet are made possible through gifts of toys and donations from local organizations, businesses, and the community. New Toys are welcome the night of the event.

SILENT AUCTION DONATION - To further support our cause, there will be an online silent auction. Your donations of golf, lunches, dinners, or items or gift cards from your Pro Shops would be greatly appreciated. No wine or alcohol, please. To donate, please complete the attached auction donation form and forward it to Kari Pollack, KPollak@Stamhealth.org, by December 31.
