You may want to attend a sound bath to experience deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep, potential emotional release, and a sense of inner calm, as the immersive sounds produced by instruments like singing bowls and gongs can promote a meditative state and positively impact your health.

What do I wear to a soundbath?

Dress in Layers (according to the weather)& wear something comfy. Think PJ party vibes:)

What should I bring to a soundbath?

Please bring a Yoga mat or lawn chair , blanket, pillow, cozy socks & water bottle. Anything to help you stay comfy on the ground for an hour.(A few mats & blankets available to borrow)

How do I prepare for my soundbath?

Set an intention of what you would like to let go of or bring into your life. Drink extra water and eat a light meal no less than 30 minutes before the soundbath begins. (Snacks are OK)
