Welcome + Opening

Sean Erikson

“In 2025, we didn’t just talk about transformation — we lived it.” As we close this extraordinary year, we come together one last time to celebrate what our community has built: a shared belief that technology is not just about what’s possible; it’s about what’s meaningful. Today, as we explore Automation Unleashed, we’re not just looking at tools or trends. We’re asking deeper questions: What happens when machines learn to build alongside us? How do we lead, create, and stay human in a world that never stops accelerating? This is our moment to look forward - to the next horizon of automation, agency, and human potential. Welcome to the culmination of a remarkable year - and the beginning of something even greater.

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM

From Bots to Brilliance: Nationwide’s Journey from RPA to GenAI and Beyond

Tina Sebastian, Sr. Tech Director, AI, Nationwide

Join Tina Sebastian, Distinguished Engineer at Nationwide Insurance, for an inside look at how one of America’s most trusted insurers is reinventing work through automation. What began with simple RPA bots has evolved into an ecosystem powered by GenAI, digital agents, and intelligent orchestration—transforming how teams operate and customers engage. Tina will share real-world lessons from Nationwide’s multi-year journey—what worked, what didn’t, and how they’re shaping the future of automation. Expect stories of bold experiments, cultural transformation, and the next frontier: AI agents that think, act, and collaborate with humans.

3:00 PM - 3:20 PM

From Automation to Autonomy: Lessons from the Factory Floor

Matthew Randle, Senior Director, Path Robotics

In Q1, Path Robotics’ Matt Randle inspired us with a vision for truly autonomous manufacturing - machines that don’t just follow instructions but understand intent. In this follow-up conversation, Matt returns to share what’s changed since then - the breakthroughs, the lessons, and the new frontier of human-machine collaboration in industrial AI.
